stopped wrking afta christmas eve cause' of some reasons. nutz thinks tht we always helpp themm when they are short of staff, nobody wants to wrk midnight except for nutz. now tht we dont want to wrk midnight anymore, they start to turn their backk on us.
all of us in nutz were constantly discussing abt the topic.. we were somehow unhappy or rather disappointed. hearing ppl saying tht we are being discriminated by the supervisors?. i thought, after wrking for so long.. i think nutz needs some R-E-S-P-E-C-T.
they always boast tht they can find their own staffs and if we were unhappy, we can go anytym. in the end wad happened?. called for malay staffs to serve chinese wedding? or let the other staffs suffer by giving them 2to6.?
i'm nt trying to say tht nutz is great.. blahblah~.. but half of the banquet team is in nutz or somehow related to. all of us were absent on sunday. was quite shock tht mark did'nt want to wrkk tht day. hope they realised tht nutz is damn united.
personally, i think tht the carlton bqt team should practice some democracy and reduce the biasism. thinking backk, i couldnt forget tht day when 7 staffs were doing set-up in empress. we started at ard 1.30.
imagine.... 2 person setting up for vip table uses lyk 4hrs to finish it?. n the other 5 of us have to complete the other 30 tables, clear and set-up backlane bar, clear 15 - 5.5ft tables, fold the linens and in the end we couldnt complete on tym and was being scolded.
i'm nt criticising the vip staffs but i think tht its just nt fair to the rest of us. nutz thinks tht bqt is all abt teamwork. can't the supervisors just help and everybody complete the ballroom together?. it reduces our workload, increases our morale and it makes everyone happy.
