went marina mandarin in search of a new bqt environment. everything's btr thn carlton except its kitchen. slow n inexperienced. we do things tht were nt allowed in carlton. from choosing our own buddy, stacking up lotsa side plates, serve at our own pace, eat snake as and whn we like, to reporting late without deducting our pay and have an enjoyable experience in the toilet. lol.
its fun to have such a large group of our own ppl wrking together. for me its still ONE group, but others may think otherwise. for some reasons, some ppl's nt happy. dont wna knw. jst hope tht everything wld turn out fine or else wrking together wld be hell.
