The hardest part of making cool things happen in your life isn't the part where you think them up ... it's the part where you actually have to build them into something real! Getting started is going to be a challenge for you today, but if you feel strongly about taking the next step, you will find the self-discipline you are going to need to whip things into shape. An ambitious friend is ready to step in to lend a hand or just be your cheerleader.

i dont know why, but to a certain extent, i acutally believe in friendster's horoscope. i guess the above paragraph sums up how bad my day is.

except for the relatively "good" psi of 60+, training was crap. i kinda lost the feel of the water. my arm feels heavy. punching down and pulling back seems to be the technique that we're jst being introduced to. even the basics were..... everything just went wrong.

'thanks' to the intensive training over the past few days, i guess all of us need more time to recover. other than that, attendance was bad. like what irvin and edwin says, we must not be held up by any other stuffs but only training. we've all sacrificed so much for so long alrdy. family, friends, leisure time and for some, girlfriends. can't we just endure that one more month?

had brp celebration dinner at kublai khan mongolian restaurant. food was not bad. vip room looks like some run-down hotel room. anw, foreign minister george yeo came, with the rest of the grassroot leaders.. thankyou eunice and the rest for the cd and certificates.

people do not lack strength; they lack will.

to the god i sincerely pray, tomorrow will be a better day.
