and its the big day.
running for charity without any preparations; sleeping late, no carbo load, not drinking enough water, not even running.......

it was an eye opener for me seeing 11000+ people wearing the same shirt running together for a cause. in fact, its my first time running a marathon, a mini one that is. still, its not that short a distance afterall, considering i've never ran a 10k before.

i always say i want to enjoy, and have fun for whatever sports that im going to do but once i start, i just cant bring myself to giving anything less than my best. in this case, running with friends at a leisure pace..

maybe ive gotten used to the culture of tpdb, where individuals push themselves to become the best in the team for every single training programme that we're given.

i just felt it would be a wasted trip if i didn't give my all, and i wanted to prove to myself that i can endure the distance without walking and clock a good timing. well, im glad i did it.

i saw so many girls along the way and i seriously respect them for completing the run. i know there's the full marathon but i thought to be able to complete 10k is already good enough compared to the typical girl who doesn't even own a running shoe, needless to say, run.

hey there!.
