got back from supper with NPB
decided to run on this random sunday morning at 530
cause i've nothing better to do
with my body clock already screwed
my official sleeping time is now 7am.

ran my second 10k from hougang to punggol and back
this time at a slower timing, approx 54mins.

feels great when i'm drenched in perspiration, calves feeling extremely soar
listening to the background music playing on the ipod
the whole stretch of road to myself
with few cars passing by and few souls in sight.

i used to dread the usual dragonboat training
running 1 round bedok reservoir for warmup
but come to think of it now
well, what can i say.. as usual,
its all in the mind.

however, i do need my constant source of motivation
be it quotes, articles or people.
