Morning was raining heavily. Prepared myself for the compy and wenta mit chun n shihong at the bus-stop beside the church. we then wenta fetch ben, and headed to cck std. traffic jam. it cost $17.20 to reach cck std from hg. but is sch pay la.
Started our warm ups as usual, we weren't scared of the semis la. just relax and talking to each other. den reported and ran!. i dont know what am i thinking of when the race started. was just concentrating on the gun and sprint out. everything seems to happen so quickly. passed to ben and he did a gd job. followed by chun and shihong. we did a 48.24 sec and came in 4th. i did a 12.1 sec. although the timing is slower than the heats, we tried our best.
watched c girls/boys run their races. gd run to all. (=
afta tht wenta lot1 for lunch. den went backk to cck std again. yvonne Qfy for the semis tmr. gd luckk~! wet backk to hg mall for dinner n went back home. too tired to elaborate more on todayy.. having 4x400m tmr.. gd luck to us~!
