finally, imf is over.
was it a success? for me, i think it is. from the four million smiles to service excellence to the tight security around suntec singapore, everything went well i guess. forget about the banning of the activists and the closure of certain roads. newspapers were saying that the delegates have a wonderful experience in their short stay here. gd job singapore!.
so, ive endured the tough-yet-slack room service job. its either you sit there and do nothing or u can jst set-up and pick-up and send orders. im thankful tht suntec have such big trolleys.. or qwee marie or whtever u call tht. cause without it, ill have to carry 2 airports, 1 tray-jack/jet?, food items, drinks and all, walk 100m to the cargo lift, wait patiently for it, get down to my lvl and thn walk to the offices. i tell you, its not fun at all. but at the end of the day whn u receive tips, you know that all tht uve done is all worth it.
i got to know more friends from htm through imf. coming to this event as tp hts students, we know that it is our responsibility to uphold the image of our school and course. although the regulars, even the full timers there look down on us, we know we can do a good job. maybe they're jst jealous that we've higher qualification. whtever the case, im glad to be in the fun-filled room service team. other than sending orders, we crap, eat, drink, eat,eat,eat, diss some people, complain, slack, joke ard and last of all, GIANPENG!
