went lecture for the very first time since like months back.

shared some stuff about the organization and also their experience in the hospitality industry.

a question was posted to the guests, "what is the most difficult challenge that you've faced as a chef concierge?"

one of them shared this experience that he was a butler to a prince that is staying at the hotel he's working in. and the prince wanted to watch a movie only with his family at lido on a saturday morning. so he called lido and found out that all the tickets are sold.

cut the long story short, as the prince didn't want to hear his bullshit of being unable to book the whole theatre, he took $7000 cash, stood outside the entrance and offered to buy a ticket for $50 each. so in the end, the prince watched 10mins of the movie and found out it was too boring and they left. like wtf!?

anw, one thing that i've learnt in this lecture, "under promise, over deliver"

ebiz test today was.. quite alright. lily is so sad because today is the last time that she'll be seeing us. she said we are her favourite class because all her intro class can't wait to end class every lesson.
