met up with P and B after war at work,
all guests coming in at the same time
with lots of requests
side station was full of wines and mineral waters
was basically rushing to get things done.
basically there's only 2 server to 5 tables.
sounds easy?
think again.
an 8 course menu,
excluding amuse bouche and pre dessert,
clearing and setting for every course,
making sure wines and water was topped up,
ensure the food was fired and served,
bake and serve bread
fire crackers
collecting drinks at the bar
do coffee and tea.
and sending one of my colleague home was a huge mistake
cause we were short of staff.
didn't expect so many walk-ins
but thats life? we make do. hahaha.
anw, good to see the two of them after quite sometime
C went to cut her hair,
a little change but i think layered is better than ____
P looks a little skinner,
although i didn't really look at her. lol.
i ASSUME N is busy with the youth olympics,
tearing down of national stadium,
preparing to transform it into a sports hub,
and fighting for touch football to be included in the next olympics,
cause she just can't find time for us.
